Picture this: 1000 Karate Students performing 1000 kicks all on National TV!

Yes, that's one million kicks for charity!

Karate Schools from all over the world will be web-linked for this Kick-A-Thon on a Saturday Morning in August or September at 8am est.

NYC will be the host of the unique web cast for charity with the class originating from either Good Morning America, The CBS Early Show or the NBC Today Show!

At least 300 students will be part of the class in NY, the rest will web linked.

To be part of this World Record Attempt each student will raise at least $100 for SmileTrain.

This year it's our goal to get Karate Students from around the world to perform one million kicks for charity, with the last ten kicks being performed during Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on November 25, 2010!

This Years Cause

Smile Train

Unlike many charities that do many different things, The Smile Train is focused on solving a single problem: cleft lip and palate.

Clefts are a major problem in developing countries where there are millions of children who are suffering with unrepaired clefts. Most cannot eat or speak properly. Aren’t allowed to attend school or hold a job. And face very difficult lives filled with shame and isolation, pain and heartache.

The good news is every child with a cleft can be helped with surgery that costs as little as $250 and takes as little as 45 minutes.
